Power On/Off and Startup

The Device Does Not Turn On

If the battery level is extremely low or the device has not been used for a long time, low-voltage protection may prevent it from starting immediately.

  1. Connect the included charging cable.
  2. Charge the device for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Remove the microSD card, then press and hold the power button for approximately three seconds.
  4. If the issue persists, press the reset hole on the rear of the device using the reset pin.
  5. Turn the device on again.

Additional Information

If the device has not been used for a long time, it may take a while for the LED indicator to light up after charging begins.


The Device Does Not Proceed Beyond the Startup Screen
  1. Connect the device to an external power source.
  2. Press and hold the power button for approximately 10 seconds to restart the device.
  3. If the issue persists, turn off the device and remove the microSD card.
  4. Start the device without the microSD card inserted.
  5. If the device starts successfully, format the microSD card and then reinsert it.

A damaged microSD card or firmware files remaining on the card may prevent the device from starting properly.


The Device Cannot Be Turned Off

Press and hold the power button for approximately 10 seconds to force the device to shut down.

After restarting the device, check whether it can be turned off normally.

The Device Does Not Respond
  1. Press and hold the power button for approximately 10 seconds.
  2. If the device does not respond, connect it to an external power source and press and hold the power button again.
  3. If the issue persists, press the reset hole using the reset pin.

Do not disconnect the power source or remove the microSD card while resetting the device.



The Device Restarts During Use
  • Format the microSD card using either the device or the app.
  • Test the device with another compatible microSD card.
  • Check the power cable and waterproof charging contacts.
  • Test the device with another vehicle charger or external power source.
  • Update the firmware to the latest version.
