
Formatting the microSD card will erase all data stored on it.

If multiple compatible microSD cards are not recognized, the card slot or the device may require inspection.

Even after formatting the microSD card on a computer, it may still need to be formatted again using the device.

Do not force the microSD card into the slot.
If the card slot is deformed or damaged, contact customer support and provide clear photos of the affected area.

If the formatting process is interrupted, the microSD card may be damaged or degraded.

Using the same microSD card in multiple cameras may cause file system errors.
Videos may become damaged if the power is disconnected unexpectedly or the microSD card is removed while recording.
The main storage folders are as follows:
If these folders have not been created, format the microSD card using either the device or the AKEEYO app.
Storage space is reserved for standard recordings, emergency recordings, photos, parking monitoring recordings, and system files.
As a result, the available storage capacity displayed by the device may be lower than the card’s stated capacity.
If loop recording is disabled, recording cannot continue once the microSD card becomes full.

Emergency recording files are not overwritten automatically.
During loop recording, videos are saved as separate files at fixed time intervals.
The continuous creation of multiple video files is normal.
