The Screen Does Not Turn On

The device may be in screen-off mode.

Press the power button once to turn on the screen.

The Touchscreen Does Not Respond
  • Remove any gloves that do not support touchscreen operation.
  • Operate the screen with a dry finger.
  • Wipe away any moisture or dirt from the screen surface.
  • Restart the AKY-730PRO.
    • The Screen Is Difficult to See in Sunlight

    The screen may be difficult to see under strong, direct sunlight.

    Adjust the angle or mounting position of the device to reduce direct sunlight on the screen.

    The Screen Responds Slowly

    The screen may respond more slowly while recording in 4K, using Wi-Fi, or playing videos.

    1. Wait a few seconds and check whether normal operation resumes.
    2. Close any unnecessary screens or functions.
    3. Restart the AKY-730PRO.
