The Computer Does Not Recognize the AKY-730PRO
  1. Use a USB cable that supports data transfer.
  2. Try another USB cable.
  3. Connect the device to a different USB port on the computer.
  4. Restart the AKY-730PRO.
  5. If the device is still not recognized, remove the microSD card and access the files using a card reader.

The computer cannot recognize the device when a charging-only USB cable is used.

    If GPS positioning was not completed during recording, the riding route will not be recorded.

    1. During recording, check whether the speed display is flashing.
    2. Extract the GPS Player files before launching the program.
    3. On Windows, run the GPS Player with administrator privileges.
